All items can be refunded within 28 days of placing the order for any reason. Goods must be returned as new. Please return your purchase to us unworn and in the original condition you received it from us, with all the tags intact. We would strongly recommend that all exchanges and returns are sent to us by Recorded Delivery or with a Certificate of Posting from the Post Office as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit. Goods are returned to Bamboo Baby at your own expense. You will receive your refund within 10 working days of us receiving the goods. We endeavour to process this as quickly as possible.
Returning any item within 28 days will be taken as notice of cancellation of your order (or relevant part of your order). Items are provided to you on approval and legal title to the goods will not pass to you until the 28 day post-delivery period has expired. On receipt of the returned goods Bamboo Baby will give you a full refund of the amount you paid for the items (but not the postage). You must however, return the goods to Bamboo Baby in order to receive a full refund or exchange. When returning goods on which you have received a discount/offer, that discount/offer will no longer apply if you fall below the discount/offer threshold and the refund will be adjusted accordingly. Your statutory rights on returns are considerably enhanced by all of this.
